Poppy fields, wild orchids and the full-bloom Mediterranean vegetation will flood our photographs of colors...

WHAT ARE THE MAIN PLACES THAT WE WILL VISIT?

• The Porto Conte Park
A unique environmental heritage. The Regional Park of Porto Conte, established in 1999, extends over five thousand hectares of the coast and hinterland of Alghero. The territory, mostly flat, borders the sea for 60 kilometers: sandy beaches alternate with overhanging cliffs.

• The griffon's SIC
The vast area of effusive origin is characterized by high coasts, small beaches and vast inland highlands. Its symbol is the griffon, because the last historic colony of the island nests here. We will visit the hidden waterfall of S’Istrampu ‘e su Segnore and the wonderful cliffs of Tentizzos. We will have the opportunity to observe hundreds of tongue-orchid, among the most fascinating wild orchids of Sardinia.

• The Naturalistic Oasis of Monte Minerva
A forest area characterized by a rich vegetation where the downy oak dominates with majestic specimens and where it is possible to admire some rare bird species such as the golden eagle and the griffon. We will climb up Mount Minerva, where at the top we will find a large plateau composed of seasonal ponds rich in flora and microfauna, such as the Sardinian tree frog.

• The Sinis peninsula
The Cabras ponds are one of the largest and most productive marsh ecosystems in Europe. The quartz beach of Is Arutas and Mariermi, the dune flora, the ponds behind with the osprey and pink flamingos, and the colorful fields of wild flowers will be among the protagonists of our visit to the Sinis peninsula.

• The plateau of the Giara
The Giara is a complex of basaltic highlands of volcanic origin, located in south-central Sardinia and home to the Giara wild horses. Their wild nature makes them unique in Europe. We will be able to observe them closely as they gallop through cork oaks, downy oaks, holm oaks, wild olive trees and green Mediterranean bush formations.
